We are here to improve the local and global environment, supporting our customers in creating built developments that are comfortable to live and work in, have minimal impact on their surroundings and produce low emissions.

We employ specialists in a variety of niche sustainability and testing techniques which can be deployed to assist Architects, Designers, Clients and Contractors. Our consultancy teams work with our clients throughout the project to ensure sustainability targets are met, devising innovative means of complying with legislation to maximising building performance and comfort.
We have a strong service offering to buildings in operation, working with Facilities Managers and Property Managers to help assets perform safely and efficiently. Our Post Construction services span health & safety, thermography, ESOS, MEES and building inspection. We are committed to working with Facilities Managers and Property Managers to deliver cost & time savings, reduced risk and enhanced safety for buildings in operation.
Why a Partner?
Stroma is particularly committed to innovation and is keenly interested in the move towards Digital Construction offered by Building Information Modelling (BIM). Enhancing collaboration throughout the supply chain is a key facet of BIM. Our BIM Lead Assessors are working with Tier 1 Contractors and a variety of subcontractors to improve BIM adoption throughout the supply chain. Partnership with the Supply Chain Sustainability School will help us to improve BIM understanding throughout the industry.
“Working in partnership with the Supply Chain Sustainability School is of critical importance to the Stroma Group. Our individual divisions work throughout the supply chain and deliver services across the RIBA Plan of Work. Opportunities to engage and collaborate with the supply chain are vital if we are to improve the sustainability, energy efficiency and performance of the Built Environment. By learning to work more closely within the industry we can improve project delivery and collaboration from Pre-Construction, through Construction and into the Operational life cycle of an asset. I’m delighted that Stroma is now an official partner of the Supply Chain Sustainability School.”Stuart Oakes, Group Sales Manager
