Material in this section addresses two important issues related to the Equality Act 2010:

1.  How companies supplying goods, facilities or services to the public can avoid unlawful discrimination against any service user

2.  Making reasonable adjustments to accommodate people’s needs. This includes designing buildings, infrastructure and assets to be truly accessible to all.
