Benchmarking FIR in your business
FIR HomeBusinesses that have recognised that Fairness, Inclusion and Respect are critical to business success have started the journey to achieve it.
Standards allow businesses to benchmark themselves against their peers (i.e. to understand how we are doing compared to similar companies). They help businesses to plan, improve, and continually assess performance over a period of time. They might provide a “stamp of approval” that can be used when promoting our businesses and tendering for new contracts.
The FIR Toolkit Resource Library contains links to a number of standards. One of these is the “Be Fair Framework” which is supported by the Construction Industry Training Board (CITB).
