The first things to consider about BIM is your understanding of your client and project requirements and what your plan is to address these, specifically here talking about BIM level 2.
It’s important that understanding of BIM level 2 is not isolated to one person in the company or even a small team, but is distributed amongst staff that have a part to play and senior management. Senior management should provide leadership to make sure the understanding is fully embedded across the business and on projects. Ideally, you want to get to the stage of where BIM is fully integrated into all your business processes, both internally an externally and is simply the way you do business.
