Reducing and managing plastic waste with EMCOR UK

Date: Wednesday 1 May 2019
Time: 09:30 - 12:30
Location: Coin Street - 108 Stamford St, Lambeth, London SE1 9NH

This supplier day is designed to inspire UK businesses to implement sustainable use of plastics.

This event is part of a broader initiative by the Supply Chain Sustainability School to up-skill businesses to adopt circular economy principles and more sustainable waste and resource management practices.

The interactive session will cover business drivers for reducing your impacts from plastics, UK legislation, and policy and case studies from small and large organisations. Attendees can expect to:

  • explore practical ways they and their organisations can manage plastics more sustainably
  • hear from companies leading the plastics agenda
  • learn about existing and upcoming plastics legislation, policy and frameworks
  • meet like-minded industry professionals

EMCOR UK will announce the launch of a new e-learning module on plastics, which they funded and which will be freely available through the Supply Chain Sustainability School.

This session is tailored to facilitate management professionals but open to all interested stakeholders. Places are limited and available on a first come, first served basis so register now to not miss out. As always, this is completely free for your and your colleagues to attend.
