Changes to Partner Workshop Allowance Timeframes

To improve your Partnership experience with the School, your workshop allowance will soon be changing to run by your Partner invoicing year, rather than the School’s financial year.

One of your key benefits as a Partner of the School is your allocation of 5 workshops per year to train your colleagues or supply chain. We want to provide the best service to our Partners to make these worthwhile and well attended, giving maximum value. As our Partnership grows we have an increased number of workshops being scheduled, enabling us to reach and upskill more people in the sector.

As a result of this, and to improve your experience, the way our workshop allowance runs will be changing.

From 1 April, the allowance will run by your Partner invoicing year, rather than the School’s financial year.

This will enable the team to plan more effectively, offering you an improved service when booking workshops, and for you to more easily track when your workshops renew. Workshop allowance will work on a pro-rata basis if you are currently part way through your invoicing year.

We are also recommending that Partners spread out their workshops across the year and run a workshop each quarter. Our experience shows that workshops planned in this way, and scheduled 8+ weeks in advance, get better attendance rates and feedback, therefore having more impact. Get in touch with your Partner Manager at the School to start effectively planning your workshops for next year or find out more information below.

Please let us know if you have any questions on the new workshop process, and we look forward to continuing to collaborate with you!
