FIR

FIR Toolkit

Easy access toolkit

The toolkit for Fairness Inclusion and Respect (FIR) in the construction industry, provides a range of free resources. Anyone can access and use these materials, at any time.

BACK TO HOME

You can search the full FIR Toolkit by using the search bar above or click the button to your left. Below we have handpicked some e-learning modules, videos and toolbox talks to start your journey.

We recommend directors, senior managers and site managers begin by using the most relevant e-learning module to them. Based on the module learning, they can identify other employees at all levels of their organisation who would benefit from using the FIR Toolkit and encourage them to do so.

Each toolbox talk consists of a short film and trainer script, and dialogue is also available for download to assist those who are hard of hearing or for whom English is not a first language. The films and trainer scripts should be used together, and delivered by a manager or trainer who has absorbed and considered material from their relevant e-learning.

E-Learning Resources

We have 13 CPD accredited e-learning modules that last about an hour, but you can save your progress and continue your learning whenever you want.

Video Toolbox Talks

Short videos based toolbox talks that give the perfect introduction to a subject in just 5 minutes. You can access guidance notes especially designed for people introducing the subject to colleagues below.
