Helping the industry to Build Back Better, deliver sustainable projects, reduce costs, and win business
Over 220 major clients, contractors and suppliers are collaborating through the School to tackle the environmental, social and economic sustainability issues we face in today’s market.
High priority challenges faced by the construction industry include: Supply Chain Disruption, Net Zero and embodied carbon, transitioning towards a Circular Economy, Social Value, Biodiversity Net Gain, improving Air Quality, responding to new Modern Slavery legislation and issues surrounding Fairness, Inclusion and Respect.
Simply put, the industry needs to deliver more for less, and the role of the supply chain has never been more critical.
The Construction Leadership Group has agreed a set of priorities for 2026/27 that will help shape the School’s activity over the coming year. These priorities focus on responding to industry needs, engaging learners through The School, and driving collaboration across the construction sector.
