High priority challenges faced by the construction industry include: Supply Chain Disruption, Net Zero and embodied carbon, transitioning towards a Circular Economy, Social Value and responding to PPN 06/20, Biodiversity Net Gain, improving Air Quality, responding to new Modern Slavery legislation and issues surrounding Fairness, Inclusion and Respect.
