What are Learning Pathways?

Learning Pathways are an exciting new feature of the School which allows you to allocate specific resources to a specific audience and track their progress through the awarding of badges and downloadable reports.

Learning Pathways for Members

All company administrators and owners can create a pathway to either assign to colleagues, or to post to a pathway catalogue for colleagues to self-enrol in.

When users are allocated to, or enrol in your pathway, you can track their progress through a dedicated new portal on your company dashboard.

Users will also receive a badge as recognition for completing the activities. View the Member instructional video below to see all the features available to you.

Learning Pathways for Partners

If you are a Partner of the School, in addition to creating pathways for your internal colleagues, you can also assign them to your priority suppliers.

Do you want all of your suppliers to complete a specific resource before the end of the quarter?  Do you want all of your colleagues to view your latest policy document?  Do you want to group your colleagues into business units or departments, and assign bespoke resources to them? Learning pathways provide solutions to these challenges and more.

View the Partner instructional video below to see all the features available to you.

Learning Pathway types

Priority Supplier Pathways
This type is available to Partners only.

These pathways are allocated to a Partners' priority suppliers, and can be completed by anyone associated with that suppliers' account.

Suppliers who complete these will achieve a badge which is displayed on their company dashboard.

Individual Pathways
This type is available to all members.

Administrators can set up an individual pathway which is then allocated to any individuals in their company account.

This is very useful for administrators who wish to ensure their colleagues have completed specific resources.
Self-enrol Pathways
This type is available to all members.

Self-enrol pathways can be set up by School administrators or Company administrators.
They are published to a pathway catalogue where users can pick which pathways they wish to enrol in at any time.

Pathways created by other company accounts will not be visible - if you wish to share your self-enrol pathway with other members, please contact the School team.

As a Partner, you can set up learning pathways for your internal colleagues and / or your supply chain. You can also create a variety of public learning pathways or utilise those already set up by the School (job role / topic specific etc).

When you set up your learning pathway these groups will now appear for you to select.

If you have a resource you would like to include in your learning path, but don't want it to appear in the School's resource library, please contact the School team who will arrange to have it uploaded for you.

Please note we can accommodate different resource types, including web links, videos, documents, PowerPoint presentations and e-Learning modules.
