The Geotechnical & Drainage Management Service (GDMS) is National Highways primary system for management of its drainage and geotechnical assets
The Supply Chain Sustainability School is hosting a series of GDMS E-Learning Modules to provide full access to learning and support for the supply chain.
There are 26 complete courses which are now available – shown in the list below.
NB: on GDMS there are 4 access levels:
- Default – Read only access
- Edit – Create and edit data for specific Areas
- Manage – Can perform all Edit actions, plus archiving and closing records for specific Areas
- Review – Access varies by module; e.g. can approve data, check drainage uploads etc. for specific Areas
IMPORTANT – PLEASE READ
To ensure your completion of any E-Learning Module is officially recorded and to grant you access to the GDMS system, please follow these steps:
Submit for Approval: Send an email to [email protected] with the following:
- Your name
- The names of the training courses you completed
- Screenprint of each module’s completion screen as evidence of your completion. In addition, you should receive acertificates (These will appear on your Supply Chain School dashboard. If these do not appear automatically, please ask [email protected] and [email protected])
- An email approval from your relevant Area Drainage Team Lead confirming your access permissions.
