BW: Workplace Experts was founded in 2000 by a couple of innovation-minded individuals determined to shake up the fit-out sector
Our determination to do things differently is still what drives us over twenty years later. We want to escape the age-old beliefs of more traditional companies, especially in our commitment to completing all fit out and refurbishment projects without snags, or what we term DF@PC or Defect Free at practical completion.
Today, 200 people, who all share an intense curiosity to do things differently, make up a fiercely independent BW. What is immediately obvious about BW is that the personalities of our experts shine. We believe that our people do their best work possible when they bring their whole personality with them. Anyone that is curious and driven to achieve the highest standards is always welcome in our company.
Sustainability & Supply Chain
In 2021 we launched our purpose report outlining 3 layers to focus BW on becoming Net Zero, embracing inclusivity and striving for innovation in everything we do.
We remain at the forefront of the industry; creating change by setting challenging targets to shape our culture and the communities where we live and work. We want to lead with purpose – always striving to be the best, whether it is how we conduct ourselves, the change we lead or future we mould. Our 2030 targets have been set with this journey in mind.
We have some tough goals which our workplace experts and supply partners are addressing together to ensure we achieve them. We are working closely with the supply chain school so we can support our supply chain in this challenge to become sustainable leaders within the Construction and Fit Out industry.
