GRAHAM’s guiding principle Delivering Lasting Impact is articulated in our CSR strategy and is appropriately linked to the relevant UN SDGs. We are passionate about delivering infrastructure to meet today’s societal needs without compromising the future needs of people, place and planet.

We recognise that we depend on an expert supply chain to deliver our business. We continue to build strong relationships with carefully selected partners who share our vision, values, behaviours and, who also, embrace a collaborative approach to identifying continuous improvement and innovation through the lifetime of a project. Our social value commitment means that we actively build relationships with locally based supply chain partners.

Our collective commitment is to help address societal issues in the villages, towns and cities where we operate. Whether it is providing local opportunities for employment, upskilling our supply chain partners, or collaborating with community groups, charities and schools, together we strive to make a difference.

Why a Partner?

We believe that our people and supply chain deliver successful outcomes for our business. Creating and maintaining a skilled, innovative, and competent workforce is vital.  The integrated model that SCSS offers is an essential element in supporting us to achieve this fundamental business outcome.

We continue to evolve successful, collaborative relationships with the SCSS.  In particular, with National Highways across the RDP Framework; with NH, HS2, TfL & NR in the Annual EDI Benchmarking exercise; with the FIR Steering Group & Ambassadors network; and many more.

SCSS provides FREE accessible, industry best practice training opportunities.  SCSS measures and publishes continuously improving results at personal, business and sector level evidencing a business model that delivers lasting impact, totally aligning with GRAHAM. We are proud members and willing advocates of the SCSS.

Management Capabilities

“GRAHAM has been a member of the SCSS for many years and throughout that time have built up an excellent working relationship that delivers a win-win for both the school and ourselves. Especially beneficial is the ability of the school to adapt their training offer to respond to the industries changing needs. GRAHAM are happy to play their part in participating in the working groups, the ability to feed in the industries needs and to hear from the School how they are responding is a welcome collaborative partnership that can only be beneficial for the industry as a whole. ”
