Keepmoat Homes

Website

Keepmoat Homes is a top 10 UK home builder and the UK’s largest and only dedicated partnership home builder.

Keepmoat Homes is a leading home builder for first time buyers, providing high quality, private and affordable homes. We work with Homes England, local authorities and registered providers, with many of these relationships enduring for over 20 years. We are the largest delivery partner of Homes England.

Sustainability and Supply Chain

Our Vision is Transforming Communities and Building Lives, and with a Partnership Delivery Model that sees us creating places in close collaboration with local government and Homes England. Sustainability is core to meeting their expectations.

As a result, we have a strong focus on delivering social value, with a specialist team of Social Economic Impact Managers.

Environmental issues including reducing carbon emissions, enhancing biodiversity, and operating efficiently, safely and responsibly are crucial to ours and our partners’ ambitions.

Whether it’s improving onsite environmental issues, decarbonising homes and the processes and materials which create them, enhancing wellbeing for communities and driving successful local economies, our supply chain and sub-contractors are essential for delivery.

Why a Partner?

The Supply Chain Sustainability School provides us with a wealth of resources in terms of in-person training and e-learning that can be used not just for our supply chain but to build sustainability capacity at all levels of our own business too. Increasingly the challenges we face – such as building low and zero carbon homes and demonstrating environmental net gains are challenges that must be met by collaborating as an industry across all parts of the value chain.

Parklands Village Case Study

“The Supply Chain Sustainability School, with its broad reach among thousands of supplier members and dozens of leading company partners is an excellent opportunity to work more closely as a sector to meet the environmental, social and economic challenges that will accelerate over the next few years and continue well beyond.”
Ben Stone, Head of Sustainability
