Sustainability and Supply Chain
Kilnbridge have developed a strategy for sustainability which delivers against 5 keys areas in close alliance with those of the Supply Chain Sustainability School and it’s maturity matrix.
The aim of this strategy is dual purpose, to build upon the already mature and developed elements of the business and then identify key objectives to develop areas where we are deficient and or need for further improvement. Ultimately to embed all areas within the business and our supply chain.
Using the resources of the Supply Chain Sustainability school, this will allow us to train and educate all levels within the business on both general and specific areas to embed sustainability within their day to day job role rather than one sole department.
As a result, we will see the ability to build upon our existing client base, secure more work, enhance our business culture, becoming a contractor of choice and active partner within the Supply Chain Sustainability School.
