Reliable Contractors have been providing civils labour supporting Tier One Contractors on major infrastructure projects for over 40 years. Our tradespeople work across a wide range of sectors including tunnelling, highways, rail, airports and nuclear.  Much of our success, our repeat business and our longevity, has come from the quality of our work and the safety of our operatives on site.

Our cultural integrity is demonstrated in the methodical approach we take to the forward planning, training and investment of our workforce. All of this is achieved through our collaborative relationships with our clients which is based on trust, sharing lessons learned and continual improvement.

Our view on Sustainability

Our commitment to delivering sustainable construction including economic, environmental and social value is supported nationally through our Regional Resource Centres/Logistics Hubs which we set up to support each of our projects.  Our unique resource model guarantees legacy KPI’s are met surrounding diversity, local employment and community engagement and allows us to engage more effectively with local job centres, schools, colleges and underrepresented communities.

Each Regional Resource Centre/Logistics Hub is supported further by our well established office locations which provide our administration and payroll functions. We are committed to the environment and operate an Environmental Management System (EMS) equivalent to ISO 14001. Our site teams are encouraged to use public transport as far as practicable and we offer our own transport offering car shares to site to reduce our carbon footprint.
