Sustainability and Supply Chain
Our supply chain are at the heart of everything we do. We work together to fulfil our purpose. We collectively deliver our customer’s requirements, develop each other’s people and deliver our product.
We therefore must hold the same beliefs and share the same vision. We can’t make a real difference without this. Our relationships must be based on trust, integrity, professionalism and the need to continuously improve in everything we do.

Our reputation is inextricably linked to our suppliers, that’s why one of our guiding values is to make our supply chain a reflection of the company.
At any one moment we have around 10,000 supply chain members working on our projects. Our ultimate aim, for all those who carry out work on behalf of our company, is that sustainability becomes simply part of the way they do things. This requires a significant culture change within the industry.
Behavioural changes starts with people and connections. So we strongly recommend the Supply Chain Sustainability School to all our suppliers because it provides a fantastic platform for networking and sharing knowledge, and helps them to realise the opportunities that sustainable development presents them, as well as the challenges.
