Improving performance in a framework for modular buildings

This is the pilot programme that will lead to 10 further programmes to demonstrate improvements in projects through supply chain collaboration.

This CITB funded programme has been developed in collaboration with the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply (CIPS), Kings College London (KCL) and the Institute for Collaborative Working (ICW). It is also aligned with other CITB funded programmes from CECA and Nottingham Trent University.

To understand the usefulness of the framework and the benefits it brings to clients and suppliers, the School are undertaking a series of workshops, to understand the key issues affecting productivity on the framework, prioritise them and work together with SEWSCAP, the client and supplier stakeholders in collaborative discussion to achieve their common goals.
