We are looking for Partners to join the Operations Group.
The Operations Group looks at the more intricate details of the running of the School and we hugely value our Partners being involved in this process to continually improve the School. Over the years the Operations Group has looked at:
- How the SDG’s were positioned in the School
- Inputted into the created and development of the impact survey question set
- Helped to develop the monetisation of Partner value
- Critiqued the member level status
- Assessed the options the marketing automation and educational series
The delivery team also report back to the group around the progress around KPI’s, present on key strategies such as marketing and comment on specific actions that come from the School Board.
It meets four times a year virtually.
