The School’s Partner led Leadership Groups, focus on specific sectors, topics or categories of spend, collaborating to develop annual business plans which direct the focus of the learning in that area.
Groups meet 4 times per financial year to discuss key issues in that area, where the learning should focus and to ensure that the School is delivering the agreed business plan. Business plans are agreed by each group, the Board and then all Partners at an Annual General Meeting. It is the responsibility of each Group and the Delivery Partner, Action Sustainability, to ensure business plans and targets are achieved.
