About Us...

RSK is a global leader in the delivery of sustainable solutions, providing an integrated offering that spans research and development, consultancy and on-the-ground application.

Procurement Policy

Our family of over 200 environmental, engineering and technical services businesses works together to provide practical solutions that help our clients address some of the greatest challenges societies have ever faced.

We operate in most sectors of the economy, including many of those most critical to a sustainable future, such as water, energy, food and drink, transport, property and construction, mining and waste. We are committed to delivering market-leading solutions that enable our clients to build resilience and drive sustainable growth.

We are headquartered in the UK, with an established presence in over 40 countries. By doing the right thing and ensuring we are a business that people want to be part of, we believe we can become the world’s largest and most trusted provider of sustainable solutions.

Sustainability & Supply Chain

Since our inception in 1989, sustainability has been at the heart of how we do business, with “promoting the concept of sustainability in all that we do” as one of our core guiding principles. We launched our first Sustainability Route Map in 2019 to define our commitment to sustainability and will soon be launching a new sustainability strategy, which reflects our raised ambition to deliver greater positive impact for our planet and its people.

Across the RSK Group, we have a network of over 13,000 suppliers. We recognise the opportunity this presents to address our impacts and to work in partnership with our suppliers to deliver more on sustainability together than we could do alone. We are committed to improving engagement with our suppliers on sustainable procurement practices and supporting them on their own sustainability journeys.

Why a Partner?

The sustainability landscape is continually evolving as regulatory and stakeholder demands continue to grow. We see the Supply Chain Sustainability School as a fantastic way to support our suppliers, employees and peers and to enhance their engagement with and understanding of key sustainability topics as part of their sustainability journeys and professional development. To deliver a more sustainable future, we must all play our part, and by working together we can accelerate our progress. The school is a great example of how we can drive positive change through collaboration.

“I have completed hours of really useful free training and disseminated training to my team too. Most training can count towards continuing professional development (CPD) hours, which is a bonus for members of professional bodies. Through the school’s training programme, I became a fairness, inclusion and respect ambassador, which I genuinely believe has helped me in my role. ”
