Meet our Partners
Who are our Partners?
The Supply Chain Sustainability School was formed by Action Sustainability with the support of seven founding Partners led by Skanska and including Aggregate Industries, Kier, Lendlease, Morgan Sindall, Sir Robert McAlpine and Willmott Dixon. Formed in June 2012 the School is delivered by Action Sustainability with investment from CITB and Partner organisations.
The Partners today
Today the School has grown to over 70 Partners in total with the additional Partners being clients, contractors, FM service providers and key suppliers. The full list of our Partners can be viewed on the left hand side of this page.
Meeting the needs of Construction, FM, Homes, Infrastructure & Offsite Management
The School has expanded from the construction industry and now covers specific sectors of the built environment, ensuring a tailored diagnostic and resources are provided to our members in these industries.
A wealth of knowledge
The School seeks to bring together the best resources in the field of sustainability. We have a range of Knowledge Partners including; BIFM, BRE, CEEQUAL, CITB and Universities such as Loughborough, Bath, Nottingham, Portsmouth and Royal Holloway.
What does it mean to be a Partner?
All Partners to the School contribute funding, or funding in kind, to the day to day running of the School. Partners agree to promote the School as a consistent approach for developing the sustainability skills of the supply chain to the built environment. Most importantly all Partners are required to sign the Supply Chain Sustainability School Code of Ethics.
